What is Strength & Movement?
Strength & Movement is a method of exercise designed specifically to help you improve your physical or athletic abilities. Strength & Movement is more than just lifting weights and is not limited to those who already exercise – it can help anyone.
It looks at your current movement and fitness abilities and what is needed to help you achieve your goals. You may feel you need the guidance, support and motivation to help you improve your health or get more active. Perhaps you’ve signed up to a marathon and need help with your training. Or you’re really into a sport and want to get better at it. Whatever your goal, our Strength & Movement programme can help you get there.
How can a Strength & Movement programme benefit me?
Our Strength & Movement programmes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. With a Strength & Movement programme you will:

- Get guidance, motivation, and support with your exercise programme

- Exercise in a safe environment with a highly skilled and knowledgeable trainer
What can I expect from my Strength & Movement programme?
- You’ll start your Strength & Movement journey with a QuickStart programme which includes one 1:1 sessions (45min each) and 4 Strength & Movement classes (50 min each).
- At your 1:1 session, we’ll get to know you, understand why you’ve joined a Strength & Movement programme and what you’d like to get out of it. From this, we’ll develop a bespoke Strength & Movement programme just for you, and get you started on your training.
- The 1:1 session is there for you to communicate your needs and to give you close guidance and support to ensure you start your training on the right footing.
- Your next 4 sessions will be in a class environment (maximum of 4 people per class), where you’ll be able to make the most of a more sociable and dynamic environment to progress with your training.
- After qualifying from your QuickStart, you can either join one of our exciting classes or continue with 1:1s.
