Having other health problems , an ingrowing toenail sounds quite trivial. However, the toenail was very painful and restricting my mobility even further. I thought I would have to have surgery to remove the nail. However, Melanie put me at ease instantly, suggesting we go down another route initially to see if that would work. She was very professional and knowledgeable and suggested that after treating the nail, should the pain return, I return immediately to the Hatt Clinic. Good by name, good by nature. I had a issue with my big toe. Steph was so warm and welcoming. Explained what she was going to do and was very gentle with my feet. Very engaging and helpful when discussing my foot issue. Resolved my issue and have taken her recommendations on board. Booked a check up in 12 weeks to be on safe side. Would highly recommend.
