How long will my recovery take?
After diagnosing your pain, we’ll work with you to create a bespoke treatment plan for your recovery, provide you with the support and expertise needed to get there, and give you clarity on how long it’s likely to take.
As part of your treatment plan, we will provide you with detailed information on your condition and practical advice on how you can help with your recovery. If you want to recover quickly, we encourage you to take a proactive approach to any home exercises and focus on having a positive mindset throughout. This will ensure a faster, more enjoyable, and complete recovery.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes! We want you to have the flexibility to benefit from your Physio and Sports Therapy treatment both in clinic and in the comfort of your own home, whichever suits you best.
Is the cost of my treatment covered by medical insurance?
Whilst we don’t invoice the medical insurance companies directly, we are happy to provide receipts for you to claim the costs back from your insurer.
Do I need a GP referral to have treatment with you?
Not at all. You are welcome to contact us any time to get treatment.
What should I wear to my appointment?
We advise you wear loose comfortable clothing. Depending on the type of treatment you need, you may be asked to remove an item of clothing during your assessment so feel free to bring a pair of shorts with you.
