Private Clinic Receptionist

What will I be doing as a Private Clinic Receptionist at Hatt’s?
You will begin with a structured and comprehensive six week induction programme, designed to ease you in and equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to deliver exceptional customer service for our patients.
You’ll be taught how to use our private practice software to manage diaries, appointments and payments, as well as everything you need to know about our services and products.
Our patients will always be at the forefront of your decision making and you’ll be their first point of contact with Hatt’s when they visit our clinics, call or e-mail us.
You will be responsible for ensuring the clinics are kept immaculately presented during the day and that there is a positive, friendly atmosphere for patients visiting us. You’ll pay attention to those ‘small details’ that really help to elevate our patients experience.
In this role, you will have the autonomy and independence to make decisions and find solutions and you’ll have a real influence over the standard of service we deliver.
You’ll be trusted to carry out your job to the best of your abilities and given all the support, training and coaching to achieve that. As your confidence and performance in the role develops, you may be invited to get involved in additional projects based on your strengths and/or interests.
There are also opportunities to develop within the business over time as we continue to grow.
Finally, let’s not forget that you will also be attending our regular team socials, such as our annual September trip, our Xmas party and our quiz nights, which will help you build relationships and have fun.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Exceptional people skills
• A genuine desire to help people
• To enjoy working as part of a supportive team (and making the most of our social calendar)
• To welcome and encourage feedback and coaching in order to develop your skills
• An ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
• The energy and drive to help us deliver our mission – to keep people moving and active
