JOB OVERVIEW
Location: Devizes, Frome & Marlborough
Salary: £40,000.00 – £50,000.00 (FTE)
Hours: Full or part time hours considered
Why should you come and join the team at Hatt’s?
- You want a job where you make a positive difference to your patients lives by delivering gold standard clinical care, as well as leading, managing, coaching and training other team members.
- You want to be surrounded by supportive colleagues, that you enjoy spending time with and that share your passion for our mission; to inspire and motivate people to prioritise their body’s health.
- You’ve been searching for a company that genuinely supports you with your personal and professional development and challenges you to be the best version of yourself that you can be.
- You like a comprehensive onboarding programme that progressively builds your confidence so that by the time you start treating patients by yourself, you are more than ready and exciting to get going.
- You like the idea of working in smart, modern, air conditioned clinics (surrounded by some very nice coffee shops!).
- Perhaps you want to improve your own health and well-being? We will give you a free weekly Strength & Movement, Rehab or Pilates class (you choose) and a generous 50% off our other services.
What does this role involve?
- As a Podiatrist Team Leader, you will be a senior member of the Podiatry team, with responsibility for both managing your own caseload of patients and line managing a number of clinical team members across the business.
- You will enjoy a varied caseload that includes various podiatry treatments, including Swift, Clearanail, nail surgery, and biomechanical assessments.
- You will have a patient centred approach, inspiring, motivating and engaging them with our ‘Pain to Performance’ model to get them the best results.
- You will have regular 1:1 meetings with your direct reports, where you will support, motivate, inspire, coach and mentor them. You’ll be responsible for supporting them with their wellbeing and helping them continue to improve their own performance.
- You will be involved in coaching and training your colleagues, carrying out Peer Reviews, supporting the Podiatry Service Lead with the delivery of our in service training and delivering ad-hoc coaching sessions as required.
- You will have regular 1:1’s with your own line manager and there will be plenty of opportunity for you to receive feedback on your own performance. You will have clear, meaningful goals to work towards and all the training and support you need to reach those goals.
Finally, let’s not forget that you will also be attending a social event or two (or three..) which will help you build relationships with the team and have fun.
