Business Support Assistant

What will you be doing as a Business Support Assistant?
- This is a brand new role that will be integral in supporting our operational management team in a variety of different business areas, including facilities management, troubleshooting IT and computer issues and HR administration.
- On a daily basis, you could be liaising with external maintenance contractors, arranging the servicing or repair of clinic equipment, troubleshooting PC problems, managing HR records (such as annual leave, sickness) or assisting with recruitment, to name some of the wide variety of things you could be involved with.

- To be someone who is proactive, with a reputation for ‘getting things done’
- To be able to multitask and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- A high level of attention to detail
- To be generally comfortable with technology and willing to learn (we provide full training on everything you need to know to do this role)
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Initiative (and the confidence to use it consistently)
- To enjoy working collaboratively with others
- To welcome and encourage feedback and coaching in order to develop your skills
- An ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
