Yes, we do provide an external training allowance. This is decided based on your role and development needs. In addition, we provide a multitude of internal training to complement this.

You’ll receive a thorough induction when you join us, giving you the time and support to get familiar with our ways of working before you hit the ground running. From there, your development is supported through regular peer reviews, coaching sessions and 1:1s, where we’ll talk through your clinical progression, career goals and any development needs.

We provide internal training alongside a budget for external CPD, and if a course falls over a weekend, we’ll give you study leave to attend. We do ask that our team take ownership of their own development and commit to some CPD in their own time too.

As an MSK clinic, we see a wide range of patients, which gives you great exposure across different conditions and presentations. If you have a particular area you’re passionate about, and there’s the patient demand to support it, we’d absolutely support you in developing that.

We see a range of people across all of our clinics, from paediatric care right through to people in their 90s. Different ages, different conditions, from sport and post-surgery to people with general mobility concerns.

We try to keep your hours as consistent as possible. There may be circumstances where you may need to adapt your hours but this will be discussed with you and with plenty of notice.

We usually aim for you to work across two of the clinic locations, but, depending on your role and the patient demand, you may be required to work across all three.

Yes, we contribute up to 3% and we encourage you, where possible, to contribute also.

Annual leave at Hatt Clinic is generous because we appreciate how hard everyone works and how important rest and recuperation is. You will receive 6.5 weeks of annual leave (including bank holidays) which increases to 7.5 weeks the longer you are with the company.

There is free parking available within a 5-minute walk to our Frome and Devizes clinics. There is a pay and display car park right outside our Marlborough clinic and free parking around a 15-minute walk away from the clinic.

This depends on your role. If you’re required to wear branded uniform, we’ll provide that. Otherwise, we ask that you dress in line with the company dress code.

It depends on your role within the company. As a health and movement clinic, we need to be able to offer availability before and after work and sometimes at weekends to accommodate the needs of our patients. We recognise that you have personal commitments, and we always take these into consideration as much as we can when putting your diary hours together.
