I had a consultation with Ebot Muna on gait analysis. Ebot explained my foot issues clearly and advised on the most appropriate footwear and advice on orthotics. I would recommend anyone with foot or leg issues to have this analysis. Ebot is a natural communicator.

1:1 Rehab visit was great. Craig explained and demonstrated the exercises. He was encouraging and we discussed how to do the exercise program at home. He was understanding of my lifestyle with regards fitting in rehab sessions. I left feeling very positive.

My recent visit was for an initial Strength and Movement 1:1 with Danny. He clearly communicated what the session was about, discussed my current strength with me, and took me through how the classes worked. He then took me through some of the exercises I will be doing; again he was very clear in explaining these to me and supporting me through doing them with adjustments where necessary. We have set some goals and I look forward to starting the classes.

I requested an appointment because I had a very sore big toe caused by an ingrown toenail. Mel cut my toenail which immediately gave me relief. She gave advice on my toenails and foot conditions of both feet, conditions of which I was unaware. She advised me how to treat these conditions and I was able to start treatment straight away. The process and his diagnosis were explained in easy to understand language and the first treatments already seem to be working!
