Thank you for being able to see me on the day phoned to request an emergent appointment. My first visit seeing Harpreet having since various other physios (all good) in the past. This was a new issue and Harpreet was able to diagnose the problem and set a treatment plan into place. Follow up appointments made; an exercise program emailed immediately with clear instructions on do’s and don’t’s. Going to be a C little time but a plan and goals are in place.

Fantastic first visit. Jill was great and I'm already starting to feel the difference after doing some of the exercises we went through in the session and the follow up ones she has kindly sent me.

My recent visit to The Hatt in Devizes was to obtain a diagnosis, which I did. My appointment was with Ebot Duma whom I found very professional, helpful and gentle, hence my decision to book further appointments treatments etc. and I am impressed with the clinics philosophy and attitude. Having lived in the Devizes area for twenty five years with no knowledge or need for such a facility, it is very reassuring to have discovered it in my old age!

Daniel as very knowledgeable and had a good manner . He listened carefully to what I said , observed me and gave a clear explanation of what was going on and advised me the best way to correct it. He sent me follow up information quickly as promised

A first visit to the clinic to discuss some arm and shoulder pain. First impressions are that this is a very well run, clean and friendly centre with helpful staff. The physio I saw, Zoe, for this first assessment was friendly, professional and thorough in diagnosing the main issue, explained exactly what the problem was and suggested a three stage plan to allow me to "get back to normal" before re-starting pilates and swimming (both of which I have had to abandon recently as the result of the shoulder problem). I received a follow up message with details of the exercises (including helpful video demonstrations) by the end of the day. Excellent service all round.

Rob is amazing at what he does. I’ve had shoulder pain for 8 months and he helped reduce this in one hour! A very clever man.

Excellent professional assessment with Daniel with diagnosis. Treatment plan given. After 2 sessions could really feel a difference with improved movement and less pain.

I met Clementina for the first time last week and had an excellent appointment with her. She very gently got rid of corns and dry skin on my feet and gave me lots of good advice. I will be going to see her every three months from now on to keep my feet in tip top condition.

I recently had a Podiatrist Consultation with Clementina, and I'm quite a nervous patient - but straight away I felt Clementina cared, was calming and very knowledgable. It was clear she wanted to help me with my problem and pain and put me at ease. She was able to help more than I expected and I came out feeling much more positive and informed.
