I had an initial consultation with Rob, for a long standing shoulder issue. He was attentive, thoughtful and insightful. He provided some initial manual therapy, which seems to have helped, and arranged a further (more diagnostic) appointment with a colleague. I felt that I was entirely in safe hands (literally and figuratively), and will be returning to Hatt to get this shoulder sorted out, and for anything else in future.

I have just had my first appointment with Ebot for back pain. He had obviously taken time to read the notes from my GP so was aware of my various health issues. He is both charming and professional and positive about improving both my movement and posture. He is a credit to Hatts.

An introduction to pilates. Marilyn allayed my fears of this new, to me, activity and made it an enjoyable experience. I look forward to joining in the regular classes. Thank you.

I visited Jill as a result of back pain and affected mobility which was causing me distress as it completely affected my lifestyle . Jill was extremely professional and knowledgable whilst being so friendly and approachable. Jill was able to explain so much to me during my appointment and provided me with exercises to assist . I never understood how stress can cause so many issues with your back muscles . Thank you Jill and I apologise again for being so chatty !

I visited the Devizes clinic with the recurrence of an unpleasant but also rather delicate neck and lower back issue - previously diagnosed disc bulging in cervical and lumbar spine. Ebot was very thorough in his review and then went on to apply some very beneficial gentle massage and manipulation. The whole experience was very reassuring and positive - especially when other practices in the past have gone in too firmly and created an unpleasant reaction. Follow-ups will, I'm sure, be in a similar vein. Thank you!

I recently had my 1-1 Pilates with Marilyn and I thought she was very friendly and professional, she put me at my ease and was also very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to start my classes. The whole experience from initially walking in to make my apt was brilliant.

Harpreet listened carefully to my explanation of my physical fitness, and was very clear explaining what the condition was and how over time it could be rectified with her and the other members of team's help.

My visit yesterday with Josh for manual therapy etc was very beneficial both at the time and as I left the Clinic. He warned me that the pain and stiffness as a result for the next day or so would increase and he was not wrong! However once I get going I can feel some improvement. I am filled with confidence with each visit.

This was my first visit to the Hatt Clinic after a personal recommendation. I was more than happy with my consultation with Jill. She was very thorough and explained the recommended course of treatment very clearly. I’m sure I will feel the benefits of further visits.
