I saw Jill for my 1st Appointment recently while I was having awful Shoulder, Neck and Arm pain and not having slept for 3 nights. She was very professional, friendly and helpful, and after the 1st session removed the worst of the pain I had been in. Still a way to go but to be out of the awful recent pain is such a relief.

My visit was excellent. Daniel was amazingly helpful in ascertaining my problem, making initial treatment, giving exercises to help and arranging forward appointments to follow up

Manual therapy seemed to help and I liked the way Jonathan talked me through everything. Early days but hopeful.

Following recent knee surgery I wanted to regain the strength and flexibility in my leg. After a couple of physio sessions it was recommended that I under rehab. The initial session took place yesterday under the supervision of Tom Lawson. He ran through my goals and set out a program of exercises that I will follow and we liked at further treatment later.

I visited Rob because of long-standing neck pain and dIscomfort in my lower back. Rob was extremely professional in his approach. He explained the reasons for each manoeuvre he was going to undertake and why he thought they would benefit my particular situation. His obvious comprehensive knowledge of his subject inspired great confidence.

Enjoyed my session with Craig and look forward to my exercises giving me more strength, less pain and feeling happier in my physical activity and hopefully taking on more strenuous activities in the future.

I have a very sore little toe, plus am on a waiting list for foot surgery so have an issue with the big toe crossing over the next. Dyane (sp) was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She worked on a corn between the little toe and next, and made some orthotic devises to help align the toes.

Physio/massage session with Rob Cunningham to address problems with right leg/hip post procedure for piriformis syndrome. I was very happy with the session, Rob clearly knew what he was talking about and his massage therapy delivered some immediate benefits.

1 to 1 rehab first appointment with Olivia. Useful discussion about my ankle and how it has affected me and my life. Plenty of reassurance that we can improve situation, which was very encouraging. Series of exercises shown and attempted and improvements suggested. Home exercisess demonstrated then done by me to ensure I knew how to do them properly and safely. a very helpful and reassuring session. I am looking forward to starting the exercise classes and have already done 1 set of the home rehab program.

Had some very painful feet so decided to visit the professionals- and I'm so glad I did. Dyanne was amazing. Very friendly, professional and explained exactly what she was doing. She gave me some ideas to help my feet and can't wait for my next appointment. My feet feel like new!
