Josh understood my condition from a colleague's notes from the previous week. He checked my progress and condition since the previous week by looking at my stretch ability and pain level. Josh applied deep muscle massage to the affected area and suggested another self help technique to try at home with a piece of equipment. Josh was friendly, courteous and professional. I was confident in his knowledge and abilities.

Dyanne is a very pleasant lady, she explained what needed to be done and carried out the tasks in a professional way. I left the clinic with very comfortable feet !

After a week of suffering acute pain, I dropped into Hatts to make an appointment for an assessment/ consultation. Ebot was available and after registering as a new patient at reception, I was able to see him straight away. Ebot checked my mobility and pain levels with various tests and ascertained the issue causing my problem. He explained it using detailed colored images on a tablet. Then he explained a series of exercises to do over the following week. Ebot followed up my visit with an email of my exercise plan, containing excellent descriptions and moving images of the exercises I needed to conduct for the week. Ebot was very professional and considerate. I would certainly recommend him.

Jill was very understanding and empathetic, and explained exactly what is going on with my shoulder. I felt very reassured and look forward to further sessions with her.

On my last podiatry appointment I asked Mel if I could have a gait assessment of my foot as I have a problem with hard skin build up in the centre of the sole on the left foot only. So I booked an appointment with Jose who was able to assess both my feet and explain what the problem was using examination, treadmill and a scan. He has advised that I have orthotics in my shoes/boots and feels that these will reduce if not stop the problems I’m currently experiencing.

Attended massage therapy with Maisie, she explained all I needed to know, very thorough and her therapy treatment was very good.

Rob was highly professional, empathetic, reassuring and thorough in his approach and delivery.

I saw Josh for Manual Therapy and he was very friendly, described what he was doing and it does seem to have helped my issue.

I was very pleased with my first visit to Jose Gomez the podiatrist at the Hatt Clinic. He was very kind and put me at my ease. He was very skilled and did a wonderful job with my very difficult thick nails, and importantly, absolutely pain free.All the staff were very welcoming. An excellent experience.
