As referred by Tom, Emma was working on my injured shoulder. It was an interactive session to enable her to work on the right areas and thus improve my range of movement, which was much appreciated. I’ve had other services from the Hatt Clinic and all the staff I’ve met have been great and work well together as a team.

Tom carried out a thorough assessment following a few falls. He was very reassuring that there is nothing wrong except for some instability in my ankle on one side. He's given me some simple exercises to address this and I'm sure they'll do the trick. Overall I was very impressed.

I felt that Lloyd Smith completely understood my injury and my desire to improve with caution and yet encouragement to go forwards noting how to identify the need to ease up - 4/10 - should pain occur So pleased to share my predicament with someone very understanding

Tom listened to the report I gave him and we reviewed a similar episode from 2022. He advised me on appropriate exercises and massaged my knee/inner thigh area. He was encouraging and helpful.

I found Danny to be very professional, kind , sensitive and proactive to the needs of my condition . He talked me through my treatment plan and then helped me through some early exercises. There was no pressure and he made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I actually enjoyed my session and look forward to the road ahead with him.

I recently visited the Marlborough Clinic where I was treated by Mel. I had let my feet get into a bad state and I was a little embarrassed for them to be seen. Mel was so kind to me and sorted them out for me. She made a difficult situation much easier to cope with than I could have imagined.

Yesterday was my initial visit, after being referred by Mr Neil Orpen from The Ridgeway Private hospital , Swindon, after he performed a Lumber Spine Stenosis in on me in October,23. I saw Zoe, who went through my case and explained what would happen later when I would see her colleague to start my physio rehab. I was very impressed with the reception I had, and look forward to starting my treatment.

First visit for general assessment and to gain recommendation for future fitness/exercise regime following diagnosis of cardiac conditions and approval from medical consultant to undertake normal exercise activity level. Highly impressed by Danny's understanding of my situation and concerns and his detailed questioning around my history and personal goals. Assessment exercises explained fully not only the "how to" but also the "why" and constant checking of my understanding and general comfort with each activity.
