My appointment with Jonathan Coe for an initial manual therapy session began with a discussion of how I developed the back pain from which I am suffering.. He then assessed my posture and my movement capabilities. Armed with this information he then gave me a thorough back massage which although painful at the time, reduced the tension in my back and considerably reduced the pain. Since this first manual therapy session I have not needed to use pain killers. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the analysis of my problem and the treatment I was given and have booked a number of follow up manual therapy sessions.

I had my first manual therapy session. I was really impressed with Josh as he explained what he would do which exceeded my expectations. A true professional, he certainly eased my back and neck pain issue.

Had my 1st sports massage at Hatts 3 days ago and the difference it has made to my legs, especially my leg speed for running has been amazing! I could feel the difference as soon as I left & walked home and have ran 3 PBs in the 3 days since my sports massage! I had my massage with Rob and he was brilliant; he spotted an issue with a calf muscle being tight and I have really noticed the difference in the last 3 days. I've had sports massages at other places before, and they have always concentrated on the typical deep massage technique, whereas Rob did the opposite, and the difference was noticeable. I have already booked my next 2 sports massages and will be looking to have them regularly! The good thing re Hatts is that they know you, your injuries etc and so the treatment is tailored to your needs - its not just about ticking off a treatment. I would highly recommend them!

I visited Emma to make a plan for my rehab classes after my left hip replacement operation

I have been suffering from severe back pain for the last 3 weeks which has prevented me running and consequently I had to drop out of the Devizes half marathon. As the injury, which may have been caused by an over enthusiastic session on my rowing machine, did not seem to be improving I made an appointment with Hatt and had a session with Daniel Rawlins on April 8. He very quickly got to the cause of the problem and started therapy with massage, ultrasound and exercises for which I have a programme to carry out before a further session with Daniel next week. I was very impressed with his professional approach and communication of the cause of the problem and the plan for removing the pain and strengthening the muscle groups involved so that I can make a speedy return to my running activities. I was also impressed with the work of the front office (Moira) who handled the setting up of my appointments and providing me with reminders and other information (car parking etc.)

Zoe was very thorough and ran a range of tests before giving me exercises to do. She was also very pleasant and helpful.

My foot has never been better! The treatment that I received from Mel was excellent, her knowledge and professionalism would ensure my return to the clinic.

Having other health problems , an ingrowing toenail sounds quite trivial. However, the toenail was very painful and restricting my mobility even further. I thought I would have to have surgery to remove the nail. However, Melanie put me at ease instantly, suggesting we go down another route initially to see if that would work. She was very professional and knowledgeable and suggested that after treating the nail, should the pain return, I return immediately to the Hatt Clinic. Good by name, good by nature. Thank you so much for relievcing my anxiety and for making my visit so pleasant.

I have bad sciatica down my left side been in pain for about 10 days with no improvement. I’ve had 1 visit to Hatt clinic and I feel so much better that I feel things are getting better. Tim was very good and made you feel at ease . Very good service from the initial booking correspondence to the treatment.
