Thanks - all excellent from the initial booking of the appointment, reception on arrival and the actual appointment. Ebot my physio was v helpful - listened to my whole knee story and asked questions. His physical assessment of my knee was thorough, listened to my responses and acted accordingly. His advice re "the way ahead" made absolute sense, advised very well on exercises and limitations to my problem. I have an excellent knowledge of my knees because have been acl deficient in my other knee for 25 years.....Ebot has been more helpful than other physio's I've visited in the past five years. Thanks

From start to finish, first class. Both receptionist were very warm and welcoming. Stephanie was great at her job. Again a nice personality and thorough at her job and talked her way through what she was doing. My feet had been waiting some time for attention and that they received.

I had an awful sporting accident three months ago, where I fell flat on my back, it has greatly improved but still painful, added to which my balance has been compromised, so Lloyd has given me some exercises which I thought would be easy - wrong, but hopefully they will do the trick and coupled with the massage I may well become fighting fit again.

I've been attending a weekly Rehab class with Lloyd. I always find him helpful and professional. Each week he blends in a few other exercises to help me, which although pushes me, I find it benefits my rehabilitation.

Jose was super helpful...a really thorough assessment, explanation and advice. Hugely grateful and impressed by the care/service.

Following a knee replacement in early April, I began physiotherapy with Jill Hobbs at Hatt Health & Movement Clinic in Frome in early May. It is currently ongoing. I value my sessions with Jill, she is an experienced, skilled & empathetic practitioner who inspires my self-confidence. She is consultative with both me & other members of the Hatt team in Frome. We are aiming for me to return to regular Pilates sessions at the clinic as soon as my knee recovery & my energy levels will permit. I wholeheartedly recommend physiotherapy sessions with Jill Hobbs at Hatt Health & Movement.

The whole atmosphere at the Hatt clinic is friendly but professional. I saw Jill for the 1st time this week with an ongoing shoulder problem. She was so thorough in my initial consultation I left feeling very positive. I am confident I will get some a good result with ongoing treatment and am looking forward to my next appointment.
