Podiatrist Team Leader
JOB OVERVIEW
Location: Devizes, Frome & Marlborough
Salary: £40,000.00 – £50,000.00 (FTE)
Hours: Full or part time hours considered

What does this role involve?
- As a Podiatrist Team Leader, you will be a senior member of the Podiatry team, with responsibility for both managing your own caseload of patients and line managing a number of clinical team members across the business.
- You will enjoy a varied caseload that includes various podiatry treatments, including Swift, Clearanail, nail surgery, and biomechanical assessments.
- You will have a patient centred approach, inspiring, motivating and engaging them with our ‘Pain to Performance’ model to get them the best results.
- You will have regular 1:1 meetings with your direct reports, where you will support, motivate, inspire, coach and mentor them. You’ll be responsible for supporting them with their wellbeing and helping them continue to improve their own performance.
- You will be involved in coaching and training your colleagues, carrying out Peer Reviews, supporting the Podiatry Service Lead with the delivery of our in service training and delivering ad-hoc coaching sessions as required.
- You will have regular 1:1’s with your own line manager and there will be plenty of opportunity for you to receive feedback on your own performance. You will have clear, meaningful goals to work towards and all the training and support you need to reach those goals.
Finally, let’s not forget that you will also be attending a social event or two (or three..) which will help you build relationships with the team and have fun.

Foot Health Practitioner

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (FTE) plus external training budget
Hours: Full time (part time considered)

Trainee Foot Health Practitioner
JOB OVERVIEW
Location: Devizes, Frome & Marlborough
Salary: During training: £22,500. Upon successful completion of the course and FHP registration: £25,000. Following on from this, there will be performance related pay progression within the role (£25,000 – £35,000).
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
What will I achieve in my first 12 months?
- This is an exciting opportunity to start a new career that makes a positive difference to people’s health, where you will be given all the training, tools and support you need to become a fully qualified Foot Health Practitioner.
- For a period of up to six months, you will work your way through a comprehensive and structured training program that includes periods of self study and observations with our experienced foot health professionals.
- As part of the training program, you will complete the Diploma in Foot Health Practice with The College of Foot Health Practitioners. Our training schedule will provide you with plenty of time for studying towards this diploma, whilst giving you exposure to how our private clinics and podiatry appointments work. Once you have successfully completed your training program, you will begin treating patients under supervision, before commencing your own list where you will enjoy a varied caseload that includes general foot care, verruca, and fungal nail treatments.
- You’ll develop an understanding of all of the services we offer and be an important part of our multidisciplinary team, learning how to make recommendations and refer patients to our other services when required.
